Richard Taylor is Emeritus Professorial Fellow, Wolfson College, Cambridge University. He was Professor and Director of Adult Education and Lifelong Learning at the Universities of Leeds and Cambridge, Chair of the Trustees of the WEA and Secretary of the Universities Association for Lifelong Learning. He is author or co-author of 14 books on adult and higher education, and politics.
