Reese Faust is a PhD student in Philosophy at The University of Memphis. His interests are legal philosophy, contemporary Continental philosophy, and social and political philosophy, especially critical theory. He is working on a dissertation articulating a critical legal hermeneutic, using embodied phenomenology and Ronald Dworkin’s notion of dignity.
